This four-class series covers the key areas which we now know can have the greatest impact on how we deal with a Covid infection. Through nutritional education and live cooking sessions, this class series aims to show not only 'why' a plant-based way of eating contributes to health, but also 'how' to go about adopting a plant-based diet. This class series is being offered on Zoom to allow you to interact and ask questions if you like. I will send you the recipes ahead of time if you'd like to cook along.
